Ayurveda offers several remedies and practices to alleviate a sore throat by balancing the doshas, especially Kapha and Pitta, which are often aggravated in such conditions. Here are some Ayurvedic remedies and suggestions:

the nostrils. This can clear Kapha buildup and reduce throat irritation.
Steam Inhalation
- Add
eucalyptus oil, tulsi leaves, or a few drops of peppermint oil to hot
water and inhale the steam to soothe the throat and open up nasal
passages.
Spices to Incorporate
- Clove:
Chew on a clove to relieve pain and discomfort.

Add to warm water or tea for its antimicrobial properties.
- Black

- Rest
your body to allow natural healing.
If the sore throat persists beyond a few days, or if you
experience severe symptoms such as high fever or difficulty swallowing, consult
