I have read it again after twenty years. It is, as ever, fresh, interesting, informative, and motivating. I discovered far more this time than I had previously --- much of which, in my spiritual immaturity, I must have glided over.

Anyone who wishes to understand Paramahansa Yogananda --- His unexampled love for God, His accessible and practicable approach to self-realisation, and the conspicuous absence of the proverbial and customary flummery that so often abounds in the works and words of fanatical religionists --- should devour this exemplary text.
